John Reilly, Founding Partner and Principal Consultant
For twenty-four years, John has been successfully expanding resource development programs for non-profit organizations. Beginning in 1987 when he founded the development office for one of Minnesota’s largest public colleges, he has steadily achieved sustainable growth in fundraising and donor relations while consistently exceeding financial goals.
From feasibility assessments and development program audits to major gift cultivation and planned giving program design, his work has always focused on matching the unique mission of the client with the best opportunity for sustained donor support.
Bill Marsella, Senior Associate
During his 30+ years of successful fundraising and volunteer management experience, Bill has been preparing leaders of the region’s largest corporations for volunteer roles in successful fundraising campaigns. As senior donor consultant for the Greater Twin Cities United Way, Bill cultivated leadership gift support from nearly every major corporation throughout the metropolitan region of the Twin Cities while also focusing on building lifelong relationships and increased investment from individual donors in campaigns that have raised more than $1 billion for health and human services agencies across the Twin Cities.
In his most recent project, Bill's a new fundraising initiative for a Twin Cities church that increased current and deferred gifts by $3.8 million during the first 18 months.
