Our fundraising services raised $12.2M during a 3-year capital campaign and another $2M through a state capital bonding appropriation. Project services included capital campaign management, strategic planning, leadership gifts, grant writing, legislative lobbying, and capital construction financial management.
This regional center expands relief services to meet basic human needs and produce long term gains by increasing adult economic self-sufficiency and student academic achievement in northwest Hennepin County. The center serves thousands of residents each month in the cities of Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Corcoran, Dayton, Hassan, Maple Grove, Osseo, and Plymouth.
Three project partners collaborated to build a 65,000sf expansion to the local school district Continuing Education and the Early Childhood and Family Center: Community Emergency Assistance Program (CEAP), the lead partner, is a community-based charity providing food, clothing, and other assistance to low-wage families, senior citizens, and other vulnerable adults; Osseo Area Schools (ISD 279) is the fifth largest school system in Minnesota and one of the state’s most diverse; Hennepin County Department of Human Services and Public Health is the third project partner.
